Bet Tracking Problem

The Btracking module makes me desperate. I want to delete an account where there are no bets. I click on delete account. But then all bets will be deleted in another account. An idea ??

I will check today this problem.

It is first time when delete an account? It happened before this problem?
Just deleted an account and worked fine so maybe it is a particular bug related to your actions I could not anticipate. I will try again then I will ask you for details if possible.

No it is not the first time. There are always problems when I delete an account or modify it. But I always do a backup when I change something.

What I have done. I made bets from games that were already played. The results were already known. I then added this to the new account. Then I wanted to delete the account I no longer needed and in which there were no bets. When this account was deleted, all the bets in the new account with the games from the past were gone. Maybe it helps you.

I tried many times what you said and worked.
I am sure you are right but we have to see what is different there.

As I understood

1. You created a new account then added bets there
2. You deleted an old empty account
3. Your bets from the new account dissapeared.
4. Your new account is still there but empty

Is that correct?

After update on 07.08.2018:

Again created two accounts for testing. These new accounts now have bets from other accounts
I already made in May. From other accounts were again deleted bets I made on 06.08.2018. I give up

I really do not understand. There are some steps that leads to an error but I do not find those steps.
I created, deleted...etc..and worked fine.

From your message:
1. You created 2 new accounts for testing Right ?
2. "These two new accounts have now bets from ther accounts" - did you move bets from other accounts (that you made on May) to the new accounts?
3. "From other accounts were again deleted bets I made on 06.08.2018" When the bets were deleted? What did you do before? I really do not understand.

As I said you, I am sure there is a problem that bothered but please help me to catch it. I really want to fix the problem

1. Yes, I have created 2 new accounts
2. Yes, these 2 accounts now have bets that I created in May in another account. I have not moved it manually.
3. Yes, from another account a bet was deleted which I did yesterday on 06.08.2018. I noticed that after updating the program this morning.

I will now take notes on all the steps I have taken and will then write you an email

As I understood now, the bets were moved automatically on the new accounts?

It is not normal possible but as you said please send me the steps, including the accounts names..etc etc.
