The user code depends on the hardware and software.
If your software (an upgrade to OS..etc.) or hardware (you change some components..etc.) changes, the user code changes, so your status is turned to "free version".
You need to reinstall the software, click the UPDATE button, and send me the user code using the "license request" form on my Contact web page.
If you have a monthly subscription, please check if your subscription expired or not.
